Well my 2008 pulling season is coming to an end. I have a hook thursday night and sunday afternoon and then im done for this year.

Gonna be a boring life but at least there is hope... 2009.

One of the guys at work said it should be nice for my to have money again. But I think I spend more in the off season than I do pulling.

Lots of things to do on it this winter though. Should keep me busy.

Ill have a video on here next week of my 15 hooks this year.

YEah I think my season is about over as well. I didn't hit it hard this year being my first. I hooked about 7 times so far. Yeah maybe some more things this winter after the wedding! I had a blast doing it though.

I'm hoping to hit about 5 more this year, Danville the 13th, Brazil at the end of this month and a few small ones later. Then I'm done for the year and it'll be time for getting ready for 2009. Lot fo little things and one big one to do this winter to get ready for next year.

Please dont remind me that the end is near :(

Well mine was over a couple of weeks ago when I backed out of wal-mart and couldnt go. Now about a month later FLEECE is going to get my girl and make her a porn star! Didnt want to this early in the stage of the plan but the tranny said so, so I listened!

I dought my $$$ will be on the truck but on my sleds. We always take a trip to St. Germain WI. every year but with all the money goin to the tranny I might not get to go up there to enjoy their snow. I might have to stay here and ride on frozen fields. SEE!, I have three LOVES my girl #1 my truck #2 and my sleds #3456789!

Hopefully next year I can hit more. My schedule wasnt very flexible this year and I can think of at least 7 that I missed.

The trans is the big thing. Ive put that off since april. Not sure how it survived.

You need to go farther north and east if you want some real snow! I have been to St. Germain, nice place, but my favorite place is in the remote UP!

Went last year up to the lake of the clouds in the U.P. from St. Germain. Was a great ride and had fun but it was -25 when we left at 6:00a and only hit like +2 if that. Love the U.P. was great riding. very fast fun. Cant wait to go back.

Try Munising area in the UP, or Newberry. Went to White Pine last year and it wasn't too bad. Been about all over the Yooper!

Not sure my sled can handle the deep stuff its a polaris 600 2000 anniversary.

Our pulling season is about done here. I know of three more this year, then thats it for '08.

Maybe Ill find an indoor one in Indiana to test the new setup. and to help ease the pain.

It rained from 7 this morning until 8 tonite. a nice steady drizzle all day. Good for the new seeding and lawns, bad for the pull that was supposed to go on.

So Im down to one more.


The UP is a great place to sled, but the sad thing last winter was that we got more snow down here than they did up there.

It's cool but it also sucks. There is no down time & just this year it's been twice a month before that it was only once a month. We are jealous of you guys that can pull multiple times a week.

ISP circuit in IL, we only have one more ISP hook on the 13th and I just heard rumor of one more hook just for fun. :(

Plain and simple my season is over. Between my school, my regular job and helping my family harvest 1,500 acres of corn silage, shell corn and beans I simply wont have anytime.

well, my season is done. We didn't get to pull either of the two pulls that were this weekend due to that to pull you needed bogger tires and a snorkel. Took on about 8 inches of rain in 2 days.
