I bought a bad 4088R knowing I needed a cartrige.
so I did the garrett exchange program (Yuk)
Are the 751450-5009S centers supposed to have a tonn of axial play in a ball bearing cartridge?

I passed on a 4094 because it seemed loose to me..

This cartridge does not hit the sides but man does it seem loose to me and does not spin like a ball bearing...
the number on the cartridge is 751450-5009 without the S is that correct as well?

Ball bearing turbos do have alot more play than your typical cartridge style.
The thing that is most important on ball bearings is axial play, and not so much radial. Yes if radial play is bad enough it will scrap the compressor housing. I've seen guys say turbos are junk right out of the factory because they think they have to much play when they don't.

No tens, times are 11.2, some more or less. I guess not enough fuel with these injectors, and bad 60 foots also. Best 1.77. :(
There are last track day 21.9 and i was planning to try nitrous there. But now I am suspecting possible head gasket issue,. Havent drive truck in week and there was pressure in coolant tank when I check it yesterday. Have to check it when driving next time.
