Hey all. Me and a friend was talking the other day about a switch on the 3500. This switch is supposed to idle the engine up when sitting still and or running a PTO. He told my all one ton truck have it and not the 3/4 ton. I think he full of #^%$.. I would rather ask some one who really know before I come to the conclusion of that. Can some one help me out here. Thanks

2008 I think can do manual idle using the cruise control. I could be wrong. Not part of the 2007.5 LMMs. Look in the manual for that. And also works for 3/4 tons if not mistaken.

LB7'S AND LLY it can be done simple mods some LLY's and LBZ require a fiew extra steps for thees motors it basically works by adding a switch wish signals the ECM to PTO Enable which brings the rpms up to 800 if i recall then you can toggle Via cruse control switch to bring rpms to 1000 or to 1200 of course thees values can be changed via TecII
