01 Dmax brought in for water leak because I could not find any sign of leak. They said they pressured system up and found the leak in water pump changed it out that lasted about 2 weeks then the same problem started up Water leaking out (Can't find where its going) the side water tank pressures up T-stats not opening unless you relieve pressure from side tank sometimes. Truck will start to warm up and its like when the t-stats open temp gauge goes down to cold heater won't blow hot and you have to add about 1/2 gallon of coolant every other day. No white smoke EVER,no water bubbles in oil, no foam around dip stick. Had GM Mech. pressure it up again no leak pressure held good said he has no clue as to where the water is going. Truck still has orignal injectors 110000 Miles on it. Does any body have any suggetions.

y dads truck was always losing oolint. found out that it was a pinhole leak i the rad that only leaked while driving so there was never any coolent under the trauck

I had a pinhole leak in the coolant return hose from the turbo last month. It did show up under a pressure test. i was sweating it because i thought the head gasket was bad "again" on the right side. thankfully it's ok.

Head gasket or sleeves...
