its been a long time waiting for, but looks like I will be getting out the tools and doing some mods on my 06 3500 express van too. personally I think I am going to start by insulating the interior, rip of the factory exhaust and go 4 inch turbo back, no cat no muffler, block the egr. I am thinking about efi, definatly a moniter with egt probe. going to change the trans and rear end pans to larger capacity. and I am also seriously considering adding some form of injection system maybe meth/water, maybe propane, maybe natural gas. (any vendors want to get me a package deal price?)
I'd like to get this van up closer to the performance I see in my lbz silverado. I know it won't be the same, but closer. this is my plan. the guys in here with vans know a lot and have done a lot too. read up, you will get some good ideas.
