I have the weather techs and they have been great, don't know anyhing about the huskys. The weather techs have worked great and fit is good.

I had Husky Liners in my old truck (99 GMC 1/2 ton) and i was very happy with them. they fit pretty well and i never had any problems with "overspill" as far as mud or water. I had them 4 years and still were in good shape when i sold the truck. I just purchased WeatherTech Mats for the front and rear of my signature truck and they are AWESOME!! the fit is excellent and they seem to be made of much better material. I am however concerned with water getting into my doorsill with these mats though, but i think that is how they were designed, to drain to the outside. the WeatherTech mats are more expensive, but you do get what you pay for. I would reccommend the WeatherTech mats any day over the Husky. Just my opinion.

I took out my huskys (which weren't terrible) and replaced them with Weathertech. I get more coverage/protection it seems with the weathertech.

Weathertech, people are throwing their huskys out the window for weathertech replacements.

WeatherTech in my current truck. Had Husky in my last one.

WeatherTech's fit much nicer, look much classier, and seem to hold just as much water, snow, and muck as the Husky. I would recommend them over the Husky.

WeatherTechs for me and like them. They are far superior to the Husky's.

can someone give a link to the best deal on the weathertech's? Also I have an '07 classic, would I just order the ones for an 04-06? There seems to be a few different types of weathertech's, which one is the best? THANKS

I have Fox Weather boots in my 2007 LMM and love them. The fit perfectly and have held up extremely well through the winter and the 20,000+ miles I have on my truck so far. They are hard plastic with rug glued in the well. My factory rugs underneath are still perfect since no water, salt, or dirt can get to them. http://www.foxweatherboots.com/

This is more of an add on question. Do either of them cover the entire floor area of the back seat of a 2008 crew cab? Most seem to just cover the foot area. When the seats are folded up I want something to protect the entire floor. Thanks

Weathertech makes floor mats and floor liners. The liners cover the entire back. Best way to go.

I've owned both, and will own Weathertech liners from here on out. They are the best liners from a look and funtionality standpoint that I've ever used.

I've always had huskyliners (which are real good) and just switched to WeatherTech a few weeks ago and hands down they are far better.

Husky's do the trick for me..........durable, and last forever.

I currently have Husky's and have in my last 4 trucks, but I am considering switching to the Weathertechs. The outside edges on the Huskys seem to get rolled up and it kind of becomes a pain.

I have WeatherTech Floorliners in my 07 classic cc and love them. Yes, the one in the back is one piece that goes from door to door. They look great and I never worry about ANYTHING getting on my floor anymore.

Just received my weathertech mats on Friday, they fit and look great, I love that fact that the rear covers the entire floor even under the seats.
Cant say anything about Husky because I have never owned them but the weathertech are a 10.

I think it comes down to where you live. Yes, the husky mats corners do tend to get a little out after a few years, however, I live in FL and don't really have snow to deal with, so mostly, mine is for catching sand from jobsites, and water from rain/spills. The weathertechs look like they discharge the water right out the side, which would be great if you were sitting still everytime you spilled something, I'm just thinking what would happen if I'm driving down the higway at 70MPH and I spill a drink, is the door panel going to get coated? Not with Husky's. I'm not trying to badmouth weathertechs, and I could be misunderstanding how they work, it just looked like that's how they would work to me. I've never had them but hear great things about them. I had Husky's in my last truck, and bought a full set for my new truck. Either way, I don't think you can go wrong, just depends on the geography.

It doesnt really matter if its snow, sand, ice, mud, or your morning throwup from last night. if your projectile something on the floor, its going to get all over the door panel, you and everything else.

The husky's could possibly create a better "pond" scenario for 12+ oz's of your faovorite spilled goo, but to trip over that flap everytime i get in and out of the truck, not to mention how out of place they look compared to weathertech's that give it a factory look, i really liked the weathertechs.

I dont want to knock Huskys because they look like great protection; however, weathertech is second to none in comparison.

I'm running the weathertechs in my new '08 and am very happy with them!

I just got the Huskys, despite what the majority of people have said endorsing the Weathertechs. They look nice, but they don't offer a center hump liner for the front. The Huskys aren't perfect, but they work, and so did the last two pairs I've had.

The WeatherTechs are fitted perfectly to make it look (in pictures) like it would drain to the door sill as soon as anything spilled. In reality, there is plenty of lip there to hold fluid. The only issue would be the hole in the mat for the floor hook to hold it in place, but that can be easily sealed if it is a concern.

In the end, the weather techs look 100 times better and while a husky liner would probably hold more liquid in a test, the WeatherTech will hold more than enough to protect your floor.
