Anyone out there haul your jetskis inside your toyhauler????? I want to get 2 of them in there but need some ideas of what works for other people. I have about 14 x 8 foot of open area and my skis are nerly 10 foot long X 43" wide.

I'll have to watch the answers you get on this one. I'll be in the same boat (pun intended ):h) in the next few months hopefully. If you can't find anything here, I'd look over at RV.NET.

I looked into this in the past. It's not an easy task but it is doable.

There use to be some pictures in the thread below but he took them off his host. As I said it can be done you just have to be creative.

Build a lift and hoist 2 PWC's??? That sure sounds like a :badidea: . What kind of toy hauler to you have dwrat, a 5ver or a hitch mount? How much do the PWC's weigh?

I pull an electric utility cart (800lbs) in the back of my toy hauler and I definitely know when it is back there. Would you be able to get the PWC's over the trailer axles in your TH? If not you could have handling issues.:(

First thought I had was to use a winch and a cart like the one guy made to move the PWC into/out of the trailer. However, the wheels on his look too small, if you hit a small rock they will stop versus roll over them and the PWC's momentum may keep it going forward. :(

Inflatable or pneumatic tires like they use on heavy duty cart could work. Another option is to pull the PWC on a small trailer behind the TH if your state allows that. Yet another option is to just buy another truck to pull the PWC's! I'll follow this thread to see where it goes. JJ :)

Lots of people put their PWCs in enclosed trailers. What type of skis do you have? From the description, I'm thinking couches, and at 10' probably 3-seaters. I'll tell you from experience, runabouts are not fun to load and unload from an enclosed trailer with just a ski tote...not impossible, however. You might want to consider some standups! ;)

Here's a thread you might want to check out:

Ol' JJ doesn't give up that easy when something interesting presents itself. My father-in-law is getting up there in age and unable to pull his boat in/out of the garage very well. Getting out isn't too bad since it goes downhill, getting in is another problem. :o:

We remedied this by mounting a winch on a pedastal/stand attached to his garage floor which allows him to reel the boat in and reel it out. He merely guides the boat and lets the winch do the work. ;)

Why couldn't you use the same setup inside your toyhauler? Most winches run on 12v, find a strong crossmember, install some quick-disconnect brackets, then use the dollie approach and reel the PWC's in/out of the TH! Yea baby! JJ :)

We put our yamaha fx-140 in our Ragen fifth wheel. I just roll it in on the trailer. I dont know how you will get two in that space. The trailer and ski fill up the toyhauler.

best of luck
