my truck died driving down the highway so i took it the the dealer. it has only 50000 miles and im the second owner. anyways they say it needs 3 injectors and a fuel reg. to make a long story short the person befor me got into a reck and had to have the truck fixed and the dealer is now saying becuase of that they cant warrenty any of my motor work. is this true, also i was never told this until they brought it up.

Is the title a salvage title? I think if it has a good title they should have to fix it.

I agree with redneck........:
Unless the vehicle was "totalled" out by the insurance companies and a "salvage" title issued, it is still a valid title/truck. I assume you are talking about the 100k mile DMax warranty. If the engine was a "total loss", it should have been yanked and replaced, otherwise it is still a valid engine and still under warranty.
That's my $.02, for whatever it's worth.
