: Optic Bump + Heath ECM = more than 82mm3?

Since I have the Heath reflash that is programmed for a max of 82mm3, will the optic bump allow for more? As I understand the DS4's max is about 82m3.

p.s. TDG, do you live in Texas or Canada? Do you sell parts?

Max output varies a little depending on calibration, but max is in the 81-85mm range. Changing the optic sensor does change calibration, and yes you can exceed the advertised max output of the chip by changing the optic sensor. A word of caution though, if you do combine any chip and optic sensor change, do so conservatively. If you go too far you will lose power at high rpm under load because the rollers are now pumping over the nose of the cam ring profiles. Its not dangerous, but it might hinder performance.

I live in Canada at the moment Andy, and I'm not a dealer, but I can find some things from time to time.

any plans in becoming a "real" Texas Diesel Guy again soon?
Any more word on that 93 WG actuator we spoke of couple weeks ago?

Thanks TDG,

Could I purchase a rebuilt IP from you when the time comes? A piece you personally rebuilt?

If you buy a Stanadyne pump from Industry Diesel, it will be one of mine ;)
