This may have already been covered somewhere but I can't find anything. Does the 6 speed Allison learn / save data in Tow / Haul completely independent of the "normal" mode? What I'm really wondering is: can you teach it to handle power in Tow / Haul, baby it in "normal" mode, and then just switch it back to T/H when you want to get on it a little? I really take it pretty easy on my truck (06 LBZ) most of the time but you never know when you might need a little extra.:D

Yes, they are independent learning modes.

They definitely are independent. I do exactly what you want to do. I rarely run my truck at WOT. If I floor it without T/H turned on, it really shifts like crap. But if I turn T/H on, it shifts smooth every time and really handles the power much better.
