I did the dpf delet with quad and magnaflow 4", after a month or so every time I go over some bumps or with the truck in gear and holding the brake so some vibrations are going I hear a rattle coming from the right side of the truck.

I can not find it though by grabbing he exhaust and shaking and moving it around. Sounds like a heat shield vibration it has a very "tin" sound to it.

Also does anyone else have any pictures on a magnaflow system install.

Is it touching the crossmember that support the trans?

Got the same sound"rattle" going to check crossmember.

Do you have washers on the hangers? That is where mine was until a little dab of RTV cured it.

no crossmember rub. I thought it was somthing in my muffler,so i removed the muffler and nothing there.put it back on and can kick muffler when warm and hear the rattle. Went inside to eat lunch came back out and had no rattle from hiting on muffler. Its like when its warm something expands and rattles.
