I just had a RCD 6" lift installed, and am running 35's with 16X8's. Looks like the 8" wheels are too narrow for the tire, and I don't like the way it looks. I'm running the ION wheels with the wanna-be bead locks so I can anodize the ring ( I own a Kawasaki dealership, and am getting them done in Kawi green).
The 10" wheel would make it look better, but I'm concerned with encountering a major rubbing problem, and also don't want the things sticking way out beyond the wheel well.
Thoughts, comments..? :ro)

When I got my 6" lift, they told me that 16X8 would be best. But 16X10 would fit but they said, you might encounter major rubbing problems.

Check out my truck. Click on my link, I have 16x10's and have very little rubbing probs. A little bit on the front bumper when the wheel is turned about half way and you hit a bump at the same time. No big deal though.

I am also running 35" on 16x10's with a 6" lift. Trimming off some of the plastic bumper area was necessary to keep from rubbing. The 10" rims will throw more sh** onto the side of your truck for that 4x4 look. Other than that, I like the look of the thicker tires.

I agree 100% about having more sh!t on your truck. What a pain in the ass. Right now I'm looking for a set of flares that don't require any cuttung to cover my meats.

I have 16x10's and have to agree about the s**t thrown on the side of the truck. I currently have 285's on but am going to try 35's even if I have to trim a little bumper. More worried about rubbing on the back of the well. I'm thinking of trying a set of Bushwacker Cut-outs Flares. Anyone have or seen these on a Sierra before?
