: anyone did any turbo and manifold porting fredw 03-05-2005, 07:43 PM been talking to a few cummins guys that have had their turbo and manifold ported and cleaned up,(they seen a reduction in boost pressure) they clame quicker spoolup and lower egts(100 degress) from results they have seen after, been told that the duramax stock charger can even have greater results from its design than the cummins, looking to see other members results, and any info they can offer before i try myself, eric and others need your thoughts dmaxalliTech 03-05-2005, 07:45 PM Fred, I know that JK has done some work on the intake and exhaust, dunno what kind of gains he picked up though. I think ATS sells a charger that is already ported though. Quicker boost, more of it, and it just bolts on...
