I can't seem to figure this out, but when I make a right hand turn and slightly off level (street driving, turning up an incline) in 2wd, I can hear and feel the front left tire chirp and skip like it's in 4wd. I have the push button 4wd and it always shows it's in 2wd. Doesn't do it on every right turn, but happens often enough. Just had new idler and pitman arms installed and just had the leaky left front axle seal replaced. I can't seem to diagnose what's going on. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

Have you checked your wheel bearing?

Or maybe the CV shaft?

Did you get it aligned after the pitman/idler?

have any fluid left in the front end?
