What 16 x 7 stock wheels? What vehicle? RPO-PYO?

16x7 steelies come on the 3500 SRW. It is hard to find ratings on them but I don't think anyhting bigger than the 285/75/16 E-range woudl really fit and those are around 3750lbs.
