Can I add my amplifiers from my old truck to the factory bose?? or do I have to gut the whole thing? I believe you will need to disconnect the factory amp if the truck has one, can't remember if they do or not. You may also want to run a Line Driver as well as the volts coming out of the factory units are low. I ran my factory head unit near the end with my aftermarket speakers and just that was a vast improvement over the stock speakers. My plan on this truck is just to keep the factory head unit instead of my aftermarket one add an Audio Control Unit with line driver, 1 5 Channel Amp JL or something but go with good quality and run my FOCAL speakers I have. charliebrown 03-05-2005, 09:16 PM COOL!!
