How long did yours last? The wife sent me an email (I've been in Europe for the last 3 months) that my truck died at the track the other day. She went to leave and it would not start...had to get it jumped. Said it started fine twice earlier in the day. The boy was loading the bike the night before and had the cargo light on, but is POSITIVE he turned it off. Wife is pretty sure he turned it off too since the button seemed to be where it should be.She wants to have the dealer put new batt in it, but I'm skeptical. Do these trucks give little sign of a low battery? Will it drain that quickly? These things always seem to happen when I'm gone...she wanted to hire a plumber once to replace the garbage disposal when it quit working while I was gone...worked fine after I plugged it back in...so I'm reluctant to send her to the dealer over something mechanical.

if the batteries are original in the 04 in your sig. then yes it most likely needs two batteries. change them in pairs. your don't buy one new shoe do you? batteries tend to fail now with no warning. start one time then next time nothing. i see it all the time. good luck.
