Is it possible to have a cracked up pipe going to the turbo? It sounds like one of my pipes is starting to leak? 02 lb7.

Look for the power steering hoses to see if they have rubed a hole in the intercooler line.

Many have had/have it!

I am talking about the pipes that go from the exhaust manifold to the back of the turbo? I am starting to notice what sounds like a little exhaust leak at the back of the turbo.

I don't know, but pull the passenger wheel well liner and check the connection of the down pipe to the exhaust.

Yes it is possible to crack the up pipe. It depends on how much power you are pulling. I just replaced the passenger side at a cost of 160.00 my cost, but what a bitch to get the bolts out. Now it is much better though.

Definetly possible. Ive cracked two, its the bellows that fatigue and get little cracks in them.

I will have to look and see if there is any soot build up on those bellows, sounds like it is close to turbo.

I think I"m having the same problem on my LMM now. For you guys that have changed the up pipe, whats the job like and where you get the parts?

Double check all the bolts too. If it is a set of mine it doesn't happy very often. Just let me know.
