Start at Level 1 and enjoy improved performance. OR, go to level 5 and hold on. I was somewhat hesitant to do the drilling on the manifold, but it was a piece of cake. Look up the "hoot method" on site and follow the directions. It really makes a huge difference in power and drivability. I run on level 3 all the time, except when towing. I run it on level 1 or 2.
