I have had a boost stick for about 3 years,worked great, no smoke and more fuel mil.

All of a suddent i have a code of p2227 ???

Bio some thing , so i replace it $80.
Well that did not fix it so i took off the B S and the code was gone.

I don't have an extention so it is had to plug up.

Any ideas??????:(

Number of Trips to Set Code: 1

OBD II Monitor Type: CCM Details
Indicators: MIL Details

CCM Details
Trouble Code Conditions:
DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0236, P0237, P0238, P0335, P0336, P0500, P2228 and P2229 not set, engine speed at 500-900 rpm for 20 seconds, Accelerator pedal angle under 20%, ECT sensor over 176ºF, VSS under 25 mph, MAF sensor under 50 g/sec, Power Takeoff off, conditions met for 5 seconds, and the ECM detected the difference between the BARO and Boost Pressure sensor was 10-20 kPa for 2 seconds.

Possible Causes:

BARO sensor signal circuit is shorted to VREF
BARO sensor is damaged or it has failed
ECM has failed
