Are the stock mufflers on the newer dodges 4"? Will they fit on my 4" banks system on my 03 duramax? I am getting tired of the drone in the cab and figured if I could run a 4" stock muffler would quiet it down some. Anyone want to get rid of their stock 4" if this is the case?

i don't think it would fit as it has an offset in/out pipe setup... the 04.5 and 05 are 4" in/out but you would be better off getting a small truck muffler/resonator to add to the system to kill the drone. the stock dodge muff's don't flow that well...

and others have use the aeroturbine mufflers to kill drone...
