Hi,
I have a 94 Chevy Suburban 2500 4WD.

The "water in fuel" light is on. Everyone tells me (including the engine manual I bought) that I should drain it from the bottom of the fuel filter that is in front of the firewall. I looked on the bottom of that fuel filter and there is no drain.

Can someone please tell me how to remedy my "water in fuel" situation?

Thank you,
-Bernard

Near the front of the engine, very near the thermostat, there is a T-Valve (brass?).
That is connected to the bottom of the fuel manager and is infact the water drain valve.

As an added bonus - This is also the valve used to check the condition of your lift pump.
Read the stickys and you shall be enlightened about such stuff.
