Put Cognito UCA and Bilstein 5100's with H2 wheels & 285 BFG's on my 05 HD. I gave the T bar adjustment bolts 8-9 turns on each side. The question is should a set of key also be installed? Truck was aligned with this set up and rides great.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I have the same wheels with 305's on them and I have Green keys. They make the front higher but if you plan to truck pull, don't install these.

If you got the height and stance you want without the Keys, I wouldn't change them. On my truck, it was still a little high in the back after the UCA swap and 1" rear blocks. I installed the green keys and acheived the lifted stance I wanted and clearance for my 295's.

Does the tires clean fine and you are happy? If so then you are all done, no need to add keys.
