Im looking to buy an intake for my 2002 duramax right now i only have an exhaust. I want some help on what intake is the best out there. im also trying to buy it from Summit because i have an account with them but please if you can tell me what you think is the best intake out there. and also im looking at this computer tuner HOT XceleratorLB7 I want to know if anyone has heard of it and if it is really any good http://www.rollingbigpower.com/products/?sfID1=18&sfID2=21 there is the link its like the 4th tuner down thanks

I couldn't find that big post they talk about in that post I linked you to but that'll give you the general consensus on aftermarket air intakes.

Just put a AFE Proguard 7 filter in your stock air box if you insist on doing something with your intake. Stock filter is fine. Although I have the PG7. Go to Kennedydiesel.com and look at how to swisscheese the air box. PG7 and cutting the air box really brings out the turbo whistle.
Edge Juice/Attitude all the way as far as tuners go.

I have a afe stage 2 system with the proguard 7 filter. I love it. It whistles like crazy.
