Ok, bare with me here. I'm going back to the dealer tomorrow to really figure out some numbers. right now I have a 03 1500HD crewcab with a 6.0. Its a nice truck, but i want the diesel and I can get a gm discount since some relatives work for gm. Its going to be about $70 more a month for the diesel. It seems kinda worth it since i do alot of towing in the summer for racing. 28' enclosed trailer 9000#trailer loaded tools, car, golf cart. I'm sure you guys agree that I should buy the Dmax. I was wondering, i like purchasing the vehicle, but is there anyone out there who leases. I know I've heard some horror stories about leasing, but I want to explore my options before commiting to buy. I know milage is the biggest factor, but i have a work car so the truck wouldn't be a daily driver. As for some minor aftermarket upgrades, I'd keep all the stock parts and re-install before trading in. I have a problem keeping cars for more than a few years, so this is why I'm considering leasing as opposed to buying. thanks for your time.
