elk hunter tom 08-05-2008, 07:34 PM Well my truck is going down to the dealer its been having electrical problems for awhile and yesterday was the final straw my gauge cluster, radio and both aux. power points went nuts and shorted out!! so im going to ford its a 2008 F-250 reg. cab long bed 5.4 v-8 with the 6sp manual but i want to thank everyone on this site that answered all my questions! It's $4.58 up here at most places and one place was $4.40 3 weeks ago before the price dropped. I just cant afford a diesel right now around here diesel is 4.89/gallon and gas is 3.96, i will be back in a GM, just want to try a ford not only that i will shifting those gears instead of a computer doing it for me! elk hunter tom 08-06-2008, 09:33 PM well i drove the truck and im not gonna lie it is alot more comfortable than my chevy, and for a work truck it has some nice opitions integrated tralier brake controller, aux input for ipod, upfitter switches and recling cloth seats i really like the truck the only thing i dont like is the rough ride of the solid front end but i think im gonna pull the trigger but not for sure, it has the auto and i wanted the standard but there was one truck in virginia and it would cost me $3000 just to get it to colorado, but im going back to the dealer tomorrow talk some more, as far as trade they are going to give me $16,975 which suxs! jdugie123 08-06-2008, 10:47 PM wow that does suck dura Matt 08-07-2008, 01:27 AM It's still that high :eek:.
