I have a 2005 GMC with the Bose audio system. I am getting crackling noises when I enter the vehicle from the speakers (all 6). It will last for about a minute or so and then go away. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all.... Putting the key in the ignition and turning the radio on doesn't seem to change anything.

I have checked all possible areas and haven't found a problem. Could I have a bad amp this early (1 month)? Another thing that happened was a loud buzzing noise from the speakers that would not shut off for several minutes. It hasn't reappeared but I fear there's something seriously wrong....

Any help would be appreciated. I had a very reputable shop look at the truck and they feel it sounds like an amplifier problem.

If it's the factory system take it to the stealer and have them fix it.

I have an appointment for next week with the dealer. I am posting this to get some help sooner. Since this problem is intermittent I wanted to get some feedback.
