How does the Predator 65 compair to the VA 70 setting. How are the EGTs on the VA 70 setting. Does the VA have a build in boost fooler?

dmaxhd 03-02-2005, 09:55 PM Here is my $.02 -Predator 65 feels stronger than the VA 70 -the EGT's are much lower then the predator. It is hard to hit 1200 at WOT on a 30 degree day with the VA on 70. Actually I don't think I have ever hit 1200 yet with the VA 70. -the VA is very smooth for shifting. IMHO it is the smoothest that I have tried and I like that. Now with that said, what I also like is that if I need to have a little extra power, you flick the switch and you are now definitely faster than the Predator 65 setting. I will also say the VA does not through the DIC off as bad as the Predator does. It is still off but not bad... I am still waiting to see dyno results of the VA alone on the 70 and the 130. I have seen the 130 and it does look like it made 100 extra at the wheels but I would like to know the 70 also.
