Did you use a pickup kit like I did or is it a van specific kit?

Same as you, a kit for the pickup. It was not too bad once I figured out what would work best.

24.5 MPG today. It sounds pretty good especially going through a tunnel.

Did you pull the doghouse to install the turbo downpipe?

Shooting codes ? Or is the EFI set to handle them ? 24.5 mpg and extra power is a wonderful thing!!!!!

You do not have to pull the doghouse, plenty of room underneath. You have to dimple the downpipe due to a ear on the trans that will hit the pipe. Zero codes, you gotta love EFIlive. I am shooting for even higher mileage, I might even do a Gearvendor.

What mile per hour are you running to achieve those mpg's? My van is basically stone stock and has never got over 20mpg. This is running 70-75 straight interstate run. Wil

I used Diamond Eye exhaust system # K4114A. No cat but a muffler. It took alittle work but not bad. Just so you know I hit have 25 MPG.

You have to dimple the downpipe due to a ear on the trans that will hit the pipe.

Did you install a new downpipe or are you talking about the cat delete pipe? I was on the phone with one of the vendors in here, both of us reading this thread, and they thought you were talking about the cat delete pipe had to be dimpled. I think I'm gonna try mine straight, no muffler or cat.

The Diamond Eye # K4114A is a 4" down pipe back exhaust system with muffler. Where the downpipe bolts up to the turbo direct pipe there is a ear on the transmission bell housing that will contact the down pipe. If you go crawl under and look at your stock down pipe you will see where the pipe has been dimpled from the factory.
