Hi I just installed a used Banks Brake on my 2003 LB7. It checks out OK but does not really slow the truck down much even in T/H mode.
Can anyone tell me how much the butterfly is supposed to close? I looked underneath during warm up and the actuator plunger comes out about 2 inches and the bell crank for the butterfly goes about 45 degrees from full open. That is half way closed, seems to me it should go more.
