Are the Carter lift pumps worth a flip? If not what do you guys recommend?

Use the OPS to trip a relay instead and you'll get nearly lifetime service out of it. QM is right, you might get a year out of a Carter pump, I'd rather spend an extra few bucks for a longer lasting pump, the Delphi unit puts out more pressure and lasts just the same as OEM. | ||
