Hey guys,
When my truck is around half full of diesel. Some times it stalls after approx 20seconds of run time. The fuel filter then needs primed before it will start again. I have already replaced the fuel filter, It made no difference.
Any help is appriciated.

Do you have a lift pump? Does it do it only at 1/2 tank?

I do not have any type of aftermarket style pumps on the truck at this time.
Yes it's only when it gets to around 1/2.
I'm thinking that there might be something wrong with the gauge.

when was the last time you changed the fuel filter? check the O rings and check the water in fuel sensor. sounds like a leak and the system is sucking in air. maybe even the bleeder screw on the filter housing is loose for some reason.
