Is this a good price?

54" MMM, 60" box blade, 354 hours. 3ph quick connect. R4 tires. Hydrostatic drive. Seats a little beat up (cracks). The rest looks great.

I am going to meet with the owner this evening. Thinking of offereing $7k.

I mow about 7 acres, kind of rough ground in places. Long rocked hill for a driveway. Some snow in winter to deal with (St. Louis area). My 2 lawn tractors are thoroughly beat up. I also have a 1955 Ford 860 with a 5 foot 3ph finishing mower that I am hoping to sell (60" box blade, finishing mower, 60" BH - hoping for about $4k) to help offset this expense.

Thoughts?

New they were around 13,000. I, personally, wouldn't go over 7 on it. But I really don't have the need for a tractor like that. Going to look at a 856 on Thursday that the guy wants 6500 for with loader.
