Got a 1983 6.2L van I just aquired and the airfilter top is missing. It looks like it might be offset to the side. Other words the inlet is not centered. Are all 6.5s that way or is this special?

Anyone got one ?

I believe that the vans had special airfilters because of the tight space in the engine compartment, Idon't know if it is the same across the board for the gas vans, you may want to try a junkyard.

I've got one of them and I do believe that it's off a 83 that I parted . It is offset to one side . Where are you located ?
