Just called Banks and I must tell y’all I really got the cold shoulder. I was looking for some information on the Power PDA and the only thing he was concerned about is why I didn’t buy my Six-gun and components directly from Banks. I think this must have been the same salesman I talked to about 6 months ago. He addressed me by my first name, caller ID obviously. I can only figure that he was upset I purchased the product from a Banks dealer as opposed to directly from them. The first thing from the salesman's mouth was "Where did you get the Banks products, you didn't buy them from us" and that I should contact my dealer to find out any info. Hey, I honestly found a better price from one of their dealers, but I still supported and believed in Banks products. I can’t say however that I support them if they only help if you purchase straight from them. Was this just a bad day or have others had similar instances?

that really sucks...............edge is just the opposite..............edge would rather you buy from their dealer and they warrenty all of their products no questions asked

Edge needs that kind of support because their products really aren't all they are cracked up to be....let's see here in just the past few days I've read of no start probelms, barking with the LLY, failed attitude displays, windshield wipers on make the engine lose power and the list goes on. I had a Banks kit on my LB7 and had ZERO, NO, NADA problems, and I found their customer support very good when I inquired about the 6 gun for the LLY. I guess maybe I lucked out

Edge is great IMHO. I had a problem with my Attitude, called the next day and they said "no problem we'll send a new one to you ASAP" Their stuff for the LB7 is just awesome.

I haven't had any problems with Banks support... then again, when I called I did a search on here and actually talked to Colin Banks... got the fleet discount, and hooked up royally. Should have gone direct for the exhaust but the place I was buying was installing it too so I didn't really care at that point.

I have heard both ways on the Banks stuff, the biggest thing that strikes me as odd is that they are not supporting the dealers in there comments. For what it costs to 'buy in' as a Banks dealer, they sure as hell better support you. Edge, like most have noticed and me, have service second to none.

I bought my Exhaust direct from Banks. I though the Sales Rep on the phone was the "Village Idiot". The guy didn't have a clue. If he was right in front of me I would have smacked him.

The way I see it I should never have to deal with Bank's. Their web site dishonest advertising about having the best and highest HP modules was enough for me to take a different route. Their current add claims the highest HP and Torque over any other tuner and that there is no need to stack because their product will do it all with one box. I'm sure they BS in a few sales but in the long run people will see them for who they really are. You can preach about you name and past reputation but once the audience gets your number the word will spread fast. The way I see it they are $hitting in their own nest.

Banks......over promise and under deliver. You could spend $375 on a predator and have a much better unit with more features and more power. Edge is second to none as far as customer service goes. Have had quirks with my Edge but the service support has always taken care of me. There will be a fix soon. I have enjoyed there products in the past!

i was goin to order a six gun but they was freaking rude when i called i ended up ordering a edge and very glad i did. there customer service is d bomb
