Does anyone know at what rmp a stock lb7 hits its rev limiter? I Pulled last night for the first time and I can not stand on it. At 3200-3500 the truck starts bouncing the tach. Ill have a video later to put on. Mind you it was my first pull ever. I had a slight case of premature ejaculation( didn't even get past the 75' mark). They pulled me back and I did her again. 251' that time, but I had to get out of it cause I was holding my petal at 3200 and hit a bump and my foot bounced and when I got back on it she hit the limiter I believe. Anyone know anything about this problem?

I was in third gear 4low tow on and overdrive off

i have mine set to 4500.

I don't think I can change mine with the edge juice. Is there any other way to do it without buying an efi live. Im putting money aside for one but just can get there yet with life dealing me bad hands all the time.

as far as i am aware the only thing you can do with the edge is raise the speed limiter.you for sure need efi

Well I need something done by tuesday night cause I have another pull and I have to beat some local furds. That is my goal!!:) I either need a block under my pedal or have my rev lifted

There was a used quad 215 in the market place. I think they allow you to raise your rev limiter to 4400. The guy selling it only wanted $200 if I remember right.

Btw I was at paris for your hook. That track looked like it was crap everybody was bouncing, JMOODYs truck bounced really bad. I should have come and talked to some of you guys after your hooks I was in the infield.

Stock limiter is 3250, the only way to up it is buy another box which has that option, or EFI which is listed with many vendors at 749. which usually includes a tune.

Also, if your bouncin off the rev limiter... let her get the next gear :D

Unless you've got a bigger turbo your not going to be able to run fourth gear. She'll fall right on her face in fourth.

If you're serious about pulling, ditch the edge juice and get a better programmer. Everything else is just trying to patch the problem.

borrow some 33's with some aggresive tread or some 35's with decent tread. There is no way around this with the edge. You will need EFI or a better programmer

I will get an efi live when the funds become available and I sell the edge with hot unlock.
