I got some AM fog lites and I want them on with my low beams and switched. Can I run a fused pwr. wire from fog lites to sw. and then to low beam pwr. wire? Thanks

you will burn up ur low beam switch you need to use a relay.

You need to still use a relay. The added current (amps) on the head light switch will make it fail (contacts burn up, too much current). The safest way is to use a relay.

ya you can do that i get what you mean you want the switched power to be the head light but you also want a second switch to power them when the head lights aren't on. i wouldn't run them off the light i would do it off the parking lights that way you wouldn't have to have the lamps on but you could still have your FG on. If i remeber your year truck uses a ground circuit for the lights so on the relay you would use the ground the switch you get what i mean
