hey yall just keeping the updates going for anyone who cares. I have had the cat gone for about a week now and I am very happy with my decision so far. I also installed the kennedy blocker plate and finger stick. That part was so easy a caveman could do it. Took like 40 min or less. I started it up and immediatly fell in love with that awesome vaccum cleaner jet engine idle tone. No CEL's thanks to the fingerstick, and thanks to the blocker plate my exhaust now stinks up all intersections.:smoke2:Now for the sound at WOT awesome you can just hear the turbo spool up and the waaaaaaaaaaaa except pretty damn loud. I love it. My peak egts have mabey gone down a little not to noticable they mostly just climb slower and come down a little faster. Which i have heard is more important. As for mileage it went up about 1mpg. So overall it was a good buy and I would highly recomended doing it.

how did you delete the cat, did you use the banks turbo pipe or did u just cut it out like most people do. just wondering i was thinking of doing the same for my LBZ, and how much was the kit?

Give Jeff Barker a call. Tell him what you are trying to do. He will set you up. I think it was the lb7 front pipe. It fit great..

I was just wondering if your Banks Head Pipe was 3" or 4", cuz i was looking at MRBP and they have a 4" one that would fit with a little cut.
