Hello, Friends.
I've searched the forums for this issue and haven't had much luck. If someone knows how to help or can direct me to a previous post on this topic, I would appreciate it.
04 LB7. 25k miles. Truck start perfect when cold. If I have her at full operating temperature and try to start her up right after killing the motor, I have problems. She turns over, begins to run for about 1 second, and then dies. I've only experienced this when she was warm.
It seems like if I come to a stop and let her idle for 30 seconds or more before turning it off, re-starting is easier. But if I turn it off right after putting her in "park", I can almost bet that if I turn her over, she won't start unless I give her 5 minutes or so and try again.
Thus far, I've never been unable to start the truck after waiting 5 minutes or so. But, I want to understand/fix the problem nonetheless. Thanks for the help.
