This may not be in the correct place but here goes nothing. I just bought the ATS e power which basically has the same settings as the PPE. My question is what level should I run this on when I pull since I dont have the lift pump yet?? I just dont want to go hammer down the track and run the rails dry of fuel. Thanks for the help.

I'd say around the 175hp range.

I notice it a little in level 6 and more noticable in 7. Foreman runs level 9 and doesn't run out.

Get a lift pump and pull it on 10. Trust me you'll love it!

I'm sure it would be, the Raptor will work just fine as well.

like shay said, ive been running level 9 with no lift pump and not running out, i have no idea why but it seems to be working. im not pulling though so not sure how it would work out in that situation. did run level 10 on the dyno last weekend and i could feel it was a little flat in the higher RPM's but it was still dumping ungodly amounts of smoke. smoked out the entire dyno room and put out more than any other truck there except for one 12V cummins with dual stacks, and several trucks were running a lot more power then my 450HP along with lift pumps. i cant wait to get a pump though and see what kind of improvement i get.

Have you ever seen PPe numbers with your same set up. For some reason I want to say that the dyno might have been skewed. I would have expected your TQ numbers to be higher. Maybe it's because of the 37's. The only reason why I say that is because I put down over 900 with Banks and 35's. I did some reading on your dyno day and it sounds like they put more on the barrel towards the end of the pulls. Were you one of the first?

well I ordered the e-power today and most likely order the kennedy lift pump tomorrow or friday. My final question is will it be necessary to shim the fuel rail?

Congrats, I would not suggest running over level 5 with a stock tranny. Although level 6 and up are the fun smokey levels. Let us know how it goes with and without the lift pump.

The sucoast is in the near future. I spent 45 minutes on the phone today about it and getting it installed.

fuel rail shim would be a good idea i run on 225hp with no lift pump but i do have shims and ported rails it doesn't limp out with the sled but does on the road.

Hey, did you ever get your E-Power??

Yeah I have had it about a month now and have 2 hooks with it. 10th out of 25 in an open 8000 class. And I won the last pull out of 18.
