I've just loaded a stock tune with tire changes in it.
If I want to make another change to the stock tune or the 40hp tune, do I have to reload the factory tune before I load a different tune?
Or can I just keep loading different tunes on top of one another with out going losing my factory tune?

As far as I know the factory tune stays in it until you reload it. I have loaded several tunes before going back to stock with no problems.

No need to load the factory tune unless your headed for the dealer or sending the unit back to diablo for some reason.
OK...the reason I ask is, I am trying to 'tune' in my speedo.
I got 285/75r16 on there and the speedo now seems a bit fast....
Any one determin what's the best predator selection is for these tire to 'zero' in the speedo?

If you have made any changes (tire size). Everytime you load a tune you have to remind the tool. Change tire size 285 to 290 then back to 285, then load the tune. If you don't, it will not see the changes. Also make sure everything is correct. My tool can with the rear end gear at 3.70??? Once I got all the right numbers in my speedo is dead on with verified with a GPS.

When I tried to get my speedo accurate with my Predator, I first loaded 285's. I ended up using 268 as the tire size to get it right on with my 285's. Different brand tires will vary, just don't expect to load "285/75/16", if that's your tire size, and automatically have it be right on. It likely won't be. Use a GPS to verify, that is more accurate than timing the milemarkers on the freeway......
