Anyone know the average life of the Bilstein's on our trucks? 4X4 CC SB.

Bilsteins have a lifetime warranty. That being said, mine only have 2500 miles on them without problem.

I'd say 1,000,000 on flat roads and at least 250,000 on everything else. However, if you're pounding the things really hard.... donno? I know they last 2x as long a Rancho.

Hey, I'll take 125K out of my rancho's. Since they're lifetime also, I'll just have to replace them once. I figure 10k per year on the truck, I'll be taking a dirt nap before I have to replace them twice for that milage. ):h

one set lasted 27k and the right front started leaking, F 250. Had one set about ten years ago and the left and right rear started leaking around 50k, 1500 Chevy.

Oh yeah, be careful about "dirt" in the boots. Somehow mine packed with really fine dirt......I think that's what killed them.

Just wondering. I currently have about 60,000 miles on mine. Still rides good.

..... I can see that. I beat the ever living snot out of mine. Did you know that a SuperDuty will bottom out after jumping only 8" off the ground?
