Looking at the area between the clutch and the pulley, IIRC, there is a six sided nut to allow spinning off of the fan clutch. Special wrenches are sold for just that job, but homemade wrenches can be made. The 4 bolts you spoke of are to retain the pulley itself.

Do i have to pu the 4 bolts back on? do i have to get something to hold the clutch fan so i can spin it off? Man im not use to newer vehicles.

For the clutch fan when i go to turn it by hand its very very stiff, then the more i turn it the easier it gets , I am taking it that it is good?

For argument sake, the clutch is filled with a temp sensitive, viscuous fluid. As the temperature rises, the fluid stiffens, engaging the fan.

However, after sitting unused, the fluid congregates to the bottom, giving a stiff resistance when first turned. This is why the fan roars when first starting up and driving away. After a short period, the fluid will redistribute allowing the fan to freewheel until the temp rises enough to thicken the fluid.

So, yes it's probably good as the fluid must still be inside causing resistance.
