i need a set of 1 thou under mains to get my clearance at around 0.0002.
I can't get them trough my contacts.crank measures 2.9495,std brg leaves me with 3 to 4 thou

I hope thats a typo, .0002", if not, that will seize pretty quick.

I could be wrong, but I never heard of something like that - if your
crank is worn, you need to have it turned so that you have a uniform
size for the bearings, the crank is not going to wear perfectly round, and will not be worn the same amount on every journal - get it turned .010 under,
and buy the corresponding bearings

GM use to offer 1 under bearings

yea that was type error,sorry.
but i found a set allready 0.026 mm,that'll do it.
