ok i have an 02 duramax we just replaced injectors our selves cause it is our of waranty we did every thing carefully and inspected all the parts. after we were finished I primed the truck and it started with ease. we left it idol for around 30 minutes and shut down to look it over. at this time we checked the oil and all was fine..
then I took it for a drive around the block and noticed the oil presure fall off to 20 psi. I shut the truck down and checked the oil to find it full of fuel again...
so my question is can the oil get fuel in it from another source like the cp3 pump or any place else
thanks for any help I am running out of hair to pull out!!!

Look at the seal at the lines to the injectors, they are probably leaking under the valve covers.

We had them apart twice the first time they were leaking and we cleaned the surfaces up and used some valve laping compound on them with an old injector then re installed when they started the second time it ran until we reved the engine then it started to leak again
am I missing a seal some where? they look like a compression fitting to me ? what should the torque be on this line?
is there any place to get new lines for a reasonable price I checked the stealership and they are about $100 each
thanks for any help

CHANGE THE LINES!!!!!!!!! you will thank yourself in the end. i just had that same issue myself, except it is still under warentee. replaced the injectors, all is good, one line wont seal right. bring it back in. replace that one, now other lines are "pitted" and are leaking into valve cover. they ended up replacing all 8 so it didnt come up again. do them now, and youll love life later.

the best way to tell what it is is put oil dye in the fuel filter and run engine with the valve covers off and use a uv light to locate leak. I just had one in the shop a new injector was bad leaking worse than the old ones.
