Now for the People that have replaced the entire exhaust on the LLY. So this means that you have either went all 4" or done a 4" cat back and used a LB7 downpipe, "eliminated the cat" basically. AND also have had the reflash done. Have you had any egr codes set in your PCM? Some guys who did the exhaust on the LLY before the reflash came out were setting egr related codes in their PCM. Just Wondering thats All.

Is it possible that the reflash has cured the code issue with some of the trucks with a Straight thru exhaust?

i have 5" exhaust it is a 4" down pipe and 5" after that. i did have code before the reflash and it seams like now even with the egr blocked i am not getting codes. and i took off the fingers stick i don't know why but i did

Interesting. I have both flashes available and a straight 4" system. I'll see if I can test it.

Got the 4" Monster by Banks, Turbo back, eliminate the Cat. no reflash, no codes, no problems.):h

I have no cat, 4" from down pipe to tail pipe no codes no problems. (EGR) Blocked

I would like to know if any cal/ne emission trucks are throwing codes with just the blocker plate and exhaust work after a reflash? thanks
