You did not need to have your friend reflash your truck back to stock just because he sold his programmer. Yes, you will need to buy another license to have another person flash your truck again. They cost $99. No license is stored in your truck's computer. EFI Support 07-10-2008, 08:15 PM License information remains within the FlashScan interface. You can tune your truck as many times as you like, provided you use the same interface. Each time you use another FlashScan interface you will need to relicense your truck.
