I am wondering if what is the relay on the fire wall with Delphi part # 12182086
Parts stores tell me this is a relay not a oil Pressure switch
I believe there is a gray wire on the socket with 12 volts
No power at the lift pump

Don't know what the relay is for, but the OPS is located below the fuel filter bowl,so it couldn't the OPS.

Sven is right - that's not an Oil Pressure Switch. It's something else, clearly.

This relay PN is used for your four wheel drive.
12555492 is the PN for the oil pressure switch.

The previous owner may have installed a relay from the OPS, essentially to replace the switch portion of OPS. If you have a camera, you can take a picture close up see if we can figure out what it is. Or you can trace it to see if it comes from the OPS which is underneath the Glow Plug relay. On the driver side close to the firewall.
Another way is to replace that relay, I believe it is just a regular 30A relay. Same relay used in alarm or door lock.

Does this relay have a purple wire in the set too? If so, it is the relay that powers lift pump when motor is cranking....

relays are just a switch if you jump it you might find out if it is for the lp,4x4, fog lights, or what ever the factory or someone may have put it there to do. most relays have a digram on them to show what to cross.

The stock power source to the lift pump is the grey wire coming from the OPS. The main+12V is the orange one to the OPS. The third (don't remember the colour) is the one wich goes to the oil gauge in the cluster.
If the previous owner has set a relay to power the lift pump, wich is a real good idea, the relay is actuated by the grey wire, +12V to the pump comes from power source (e.g. the orange one or straight at the battery with a fuse). Is that your setup?

I am getting power on the Grey wire and the orange is 12dvc as you mentioned
the other color wire is tan and is lesser voltage. No relay installed but I will install one soon. I installed a new OPS but still not power too the Lift pump
I have power at the relay and fuse box but not sure status of relay at moment and I would guess this runs too the lift pump from the relay.
