My friend has a edge juice box version 4.71. He bought the box used. Can he send it back to edge and get it reflashed with the latest version even though he was not the original buyer?

I'm pretty sure that can happen. I'm not sure what it would cost, if anything at all, but they have excellent customer service and they will work with you to the best of their ability.
