I'm installing my Nicktane finally and have a question about the black 90 degree fitting.

Should it point the hose to the front of the truck or to the back. When I tried it pointing to the back it seemed to kink the hose which won't work.

When I point it to the front it lays on the outlet right next to it and applies pressure. The hose clamp is also in contact with the metal pline which concerns me.

For the second line from the fitting behind the cooler, did you run that back and put it over the tank as well?

Help would be appreciated.

as the directions state, run the line over the tank and follow the path of the original line when you route the line from the filter head to the connection point behind the fuel cooler.

Now to go finish this thing up.

Got it all plumbed in and fired the truck up. No leaks so far. I did not have any diesel on hand so I will have to bleed it tomorrow and let it run for a while. If all is good I will tighten the fuel tank back up.
